Take a unique and transformative journey through the chakra color spectrum with INNER BALANCE, a seven-week yoga series at Free Alchemy Studio.
Led by Jaylyn, Grand Rapids-born yogi + registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), this slow flow series intentionally begins with the heart chakra. Offering an intimate experience using elements to nourish your mind, body, and soul, explore the power of your energy centers and find balance and harmony within.
